Intaglio Plate Printing

Intalglio plate printing is what sets us apart from the competition, this technology is a necessary ingredient for any good security printing and it’s also very rare and closely policed.

ATM’s

For MyEventNote we work together with In2Retail. Their vending machines can process the MyEventNote banknotes. In addition, we have remote control over the screens, on which we can show various images and advertising that can be adjusted at any time. Our A-locations lend themselves perfectly to various marketing actions, in which we like to cooperate with our local partners in retail.

At every event there is something for which your visitor needs money. This may be for food or drink, goods, services or merchandise. By placing an ATM at your event, you offer the potential consumers a higher degree of flexibility and your visitors will be more likely to use an ATM and spend more money at your event. This makes the whole occasion more profitable for you and your suppliers. We have vending machines for outdoor and indoor use.

The possibilities for advertising via ATMs are endless. Besides being a functional ATM, the ATM can be used as a full-fledged marketing tool.     A MyEventNote has everything that a real banknote has and is not a simple 4 colour printed piece of paper. It is produced like an authentic banknote with security features that go far beyond a voucher.

  • What material is MyEventNote made of?

    It is printed on cotton material just like official banknotes.

  • What is the size of a MyEventNote?

    140 x 77 mm, just like a 50 euro banknote.

  • Printing techniques for a banknote?

    Offset in PMS colours, intaglio plate printing (intaglio is one of the best and most notable security features of a banknote), unique numbering and possibly 2D foil.

  • Is it legal tender?

    No, but you can make it one within your own organisation, event, promotion, town or community.

  • Can anyone order MyEventNotes?

    Yes.

  • Are the materials always in stock?

    Partly yes, the MyEventNote has a short delivery time because the basic materials are in stock.

  • Can the paper be watermarked?

    Yes, but this will be a special creation.

  • Can a specific watermark be made?

    Yes, but there will be a one-off charge for a watermark cylinder to insert it into the paper.

  • Can a security thread be inserted into the material?

    Yes, but this is a special production process. This usually leads to a longer processing and delivery time.

  • Can I supply my own design?

    Yes, the basic design can be made by yourself. KJE will have to convert this to a banknote worthy and technical design at all times.

  • Can I recognise a false MyEventNote?

    Sure, with the help of the specific characteristics provided by KJE a counterfeit product can be recognised.

  • Can the person who receives the money check the money for authenticity?

    Yes, this is possible just like with real currency.

  • Can a MyEventNote banknote resist moisture?

    Yes, the material is cotton-based and due to the special plate printing technique resistant to moisture just like a EURO banknote.

  • Is a repeat order possible?

    Yes, but a certain lead time is needed for ordering material, production and assembly.

  • Is each banknote unique?

    Yes, because of the unique numbering there is only one copy of each banknote.

  • What are security features?

    These are visible and invisible (security) techniques. They are intended to prevent counterfeiting and abuse.

  • Storage of valuable banknotes.
